Acrobat Reader "new version already installed" error during installation

 If you faced the below, 

Delete the following folder and try again

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0

Procurve Aruba Switch "Error accessing USB device"

If you get the below when you try to read off a USB drive on the switch

Aruba-2930M-48G-PoEP# dir

Error Accessing USB Device.

First of all confirmed that the USB drive is detected

Aruba-2930M-48G-PoEP# show usb

 USB port status: enabled

 USB port power status: power on      (USB device detected in port)

If it is detected but unable to read the USB drive, then it means the drive is not formatted in FAT16. To format in FAT16, open up a command prompt and type as follows (change the drive letter accordingly)

C:\Users\azacamis>format d: /fs:fat /Q

Now it will be able to read

Listing Directory /ufa0:
